About ChetanaAI

We build and run our own products — AdvocateAI (legaldoc.in), ShaadiShubhMuhurat, LocalRush, AIRoboVein, Mute Marker. The same people who write the code answer when something breaks in production.

Sometimes we take on custom work: SaaS, integrations, ML-heavy features. Usually when a team wants the same habits we use on our own apps — small releases, readable scope, no mystery subcontractor behind the scenes.

We're not trying to sound like a slide deck. If you're comparing vendors, ask who actually owns your stack and who picks up the phone when auth goes down on a Sunday.

Legal name on paper is ChetnaAI Private Limited. "ChetanaAI" is the brand customers see.

On the homepage, "How we work" shows the flow in plain steps; you can open the full diagram only if you want the detail. Privacy and Terms are updated on the site — no fine print buried on another domain.

What we take on

Same pattern whether it's your idea or ours: something small you can try before the big cheque.

Site & SEO · apps · testing · trademark · registration · support

  • Something you can demo

Tight problem statement, a slice users can click through, then decide if the rest is worth funding.

  • Full build

Web, mobile, releases, tests, SEO when it matters, help with trademark and company registration if you need it — phased so you're not signing a black box.

  • Architecture and hands-on dev

Stack choices and code, not just diagrams. We care whether you can hire someone later to maintain it.

  • Custom product work

Integrations, internal tools, ML where it fits. Same repo hygiene as our shipped products.

Early teams

If you're pre-product or pre-revenue, we're not always the right fit — but when we are, we prefer working with people who can describe a user pain in one sentence.

We mentor and build hands-on when bandwidth allows. We'd rather ship an ugly v1 you can show users than spend a month on deck design. Email and say what you're stuck on; we'll say honestly if we can help or who else might.

  • Straight answers on whether we're a match
  • Help from rough idea through something live
  • Scope in writing so nobody "forgets" what was agreed
  • Pointers on registration and compliance where we've done it before

Rough direction

Not a roadmap with dates — just where we're pointed.

Products

  • More depth on legal / doc workflows and maybe one adjacent vertical
  • Agri or ops tools only if we find a problem we actually want to live with
  • Robotics / STEM through schools and a few partners we trust

Team

  • Staying around 8–10 core people for now
  • Funding or partners only when it doesn't mean chasing vanity metrics

How we tend to work

We own the build
Our products are ours — not white-labelled kits. That means we can patch fast and we're not waiting on a vendor in another timezone for the core path.
Security is boring on purpose
Least privilege, sensible logging, encryption where it matters. We don't put "military grade" in a headline; we fix holes when we find them.
Small releases
Ship, listen, fix. Big bang launches are for movies.
You get builders in the loop
You're not passed through five layers of "customer success" before anyone who can grep logs talks to you.

In one line

Software that holds up in real use — built by people who stay reachable after the invoice is paid.
